The Town Council of l'Aldea has filed new environmental allegations against a proposed biogas plant in Tortosa, citing concerns over odor pollution and territorial planning conflicts.

Mayor Xavier Royo confirmed that these new objections follow previous urban planning challenges submitted on December 1st. The council argues the plant is inconsistent with the Catalunya Sud strategic economic plan.

"The municipality's position is firm, and the fight against the plant's implementation will be constant."
