The Correllengua Agermanat, a relay race advocating for the unity of the Catalan language, arrives in Tortosa for its fifth stage, having covered part of the Principality since April 19.

This cultural initiative, running from April 19 to May 5, covers a total of 1,500 kilometers across Catalan-speaking territories. Its main objective is to champion and defend linguistic unity.
The fifth stage, coinciding with Sant Jordi's Day, began in Tarragona and concludes in Tortosa. Following this, the race will proceed towards the Valencian Country.
The two flames that started their journey on Sunday in Prada, in Northern Catalonia, and followed different routes through the east and west of the Principality, merged yesterday in Tarragona to continue their joint journey.
