The city of Tortosa will host the 29th edition of the Renaissance Festival from July 16th to 19th, featuring over half a thousand activities.

The program includes the usual classic performances, as well as around thirty new shows and innovative technological proposals. The first deputy mayor and festival councillor, Jordi Jordan, highlighted the return of historical-artistic tours.
These guided, theatrical tours will serve to discover rehabilitated heritage sites, such as the galleries, walkways, and walls of the Castle of La Suda, as well as Renaissance jewels in the Reials Col·legis and elements of the Cathedral.
The Algaravia Nocturna festival will be moved this year to the field of Torreta de Remolins.
