The current intervention focuses on the renovation of the main hall's seating area, an action that follows the recent construction of the lobby and a third hall. These works have a budget of 301,249 euros and aim to optimize the space distribution to ensure better visibility for spectators.
The project also emphasizes compliance with the Catalonia Accessibility Code, incorporating eight adapted spaces. Once the work is completed, the total capacity of the auditorium will exceed 500 seats, including both the stalls and the amphitheater.
This action is part of a broader reform, valued at 1.2 million euros, which includes the renovation of the air conditioning, electrical installation, stage machinery, flooring, and roof. The works are expected to conclude after the summer, with the reopening of the facility scheduled for the autumn.
