The program kicks off on Friday, September 18th, with a combination of fashion and performance. At 8:00 PM, Santa Teresa street will host the fashion show for the 'Vida i Mort' collection by designer Laretta, presented at 080 Barcelona Fashion in 2023. Under the artistic direction of Agnès Balfegó and Jordi Pallarés, the show will merge fashion, roots, and live sound.
Later, at 9:30 PM, the festival's first theatrical dinner will take place. The event will be held at Casa Ceremines, a modernist building, where diners will enjoy a gastronomic experience from the region led by an actress portraying the life of a maid from the Martí family. Reservations can be made through Ebreticket.cat.
On Saturday, September 19th, the Plaça Major will be the main stage. The day begins at 11:30 AM with a participatory performance for children from the Escola Xerta, directed by actress Gemma Ginovart. At 12:00 PM, a musical vermouth with the band AP6 and a workshop on natural honey candles for families will complete the morning program.
Starting at 6:00 PM, the main program will feature performances by Bright Hour Duo, Los Mals Menors, and Aluet, accompanied by live illustrations by Cristina Colibrí. The duo Fills del Fang and the visual performance by Lorena Solé and Noa Valldepérez, with a videomapping projection on the Church facade, will close the festival.
The day will be complemented by a market space featuring producers and artisans from the Terres de l'Ebre, with decorations by local floral artist Jordina Bravo. Dinner and bar services will be managed by the Associació de Famílies d’Alumnes de l’Escola de Xerta and the Associació de Joves.
NEO Fest is an initiative by A Prop, co-organized with the Ajuntament de Xerta, and supported by the Diputació de Tarragona, Òmnium Cultural, the Institut per al Desenvolupament de les Comarques de l’Ebre, the Escola Xerta, the AFA, the Associació de Joves de Xerta, Celler Cal Minyó, and Casa Ceremines.
