Youth Center Wins L'Ampolla's Participatory Budgets with €30,000

The L'Ampolla City Council has announced the final results of the 2026 Participatory Budgets, where the creation of a Youth Center was the most voted proposal by citizens.

The proposal for the Creation of the L'Ampolla Youth Center has won the 2026 Participatory Budgets, securing 44.60% of the 139 votes cast. The project will receive the €30,000 allocated for this municipal initiative.
Other proposals voted on included the Creation of a Road Safety Park (20.14%), a cat shelter (17.27%), a shaded area on the wooden promenade of Ronda de Mar (11.51%), and the creation of two 'gegants' and four 'capgrossos' (6.47%).
The City Council emphasized the importance of citizen participation in deciding how a portion of municipal resources are spent and thanked all voters and participants who submitted proposals.
With the results now published, the development phase for the winning project begins, which will need to be finalized according to the characteristics of the proposal submitted by the citizens.
