A total of 22 families have responded to a survey about the operation of the Esplai in l'Aldea. Most children are between 3 and 10 years old, with a notable concentration in the 4 and 5-year-old range, accounting for almost 50% of the total. 55% of families attend both sessions of the activity.
Satisfaction with the monitors' work is at 50%, rated as good, with an additional 10% considering it very good. The Esplai's management receives a 40% satisfaction rate. Regarding the proposed activities, 36% consider them very good.
Families of younger children are requesting more age-appropriate activities and outings, while users of the packed lunch service are asking for calmer activities after lunch. There is also a general demand for more crafts to keep as souvenirs and better dissemination of information and photos through social media.
Improvement suggestions include adapting outings to cooler times of the day, reinforcing activities, enhancing coordination between the Esplai and families, and finding a new location with better thermal comfort. Concerns about this summer's high temperatures have led the City Council to consider a change in the Esplai's model to adapt to the existing climate situation and family demands.
