Mossos d'Esquadra agents reported a 35-year-old man in Tortosa on January 23 for attempting to fraudulently pass the theoretical driving test using concealed electronic devices.

The defendant was caught just as the written test began, carrying a mobile phone and headphones hidden under his clothes. This illicit method aimed to bypass the established assessment process.
According to the police report, the individual wore a small camera under his clothing, allowing a second person, located remotely, to view the exam in real-time and provide him with the correct answers via the headphones.
This offense can result in severe consequences for the offender, including being banned from taking the driving license exam for a period of six months, in addition to a financial penalty of 500 euros.
