The healthcare center in the Terres de l'Ebre region has recorded a substantial increase in the overall percentage of patients within the guarantee period, rising from 44.55% at the end of June to 60.29% on December 31, 2025, according to data from the SAP Assistencial program.

This improvement is the result of various strategic actions promoted by the management, including staff reinforcement, better utilization of professional competencies, reorganization of schedules, and the redesign of the service portfolio. Coordination with other hospitals in the Institut Català de la Salut (ICS) and CatSalut network has also been strengthened.
Results are particularly positive in services such as Cardiology, Dermatology, Digestive, Otorhinolaryngology, Hematology, and Oncology, which consistently maintain 100% of patients within the guarantee period. Other areas like Rehabilitation, General Surgery, Internal Medicine, and Rheumatology exceed 90%.
