The increase in funding is primarily due to the integration of the Espai Natural Protegit del Massís de les Cadiretes into the organization's responsibilities. The proposal, which maintains a balance between income and expenses, must now receive final approval from the Diputació de Girona Plenary.
Regarding conservation, the plenary has authorized an extraordinary credit of 200,000 euros to purchase the Sant Cebrià dels Alls hermitage and its rectory. This operation will secure as public heritage a site that the entity has managed under a lease agreement for 25 years.
Furthermore, urgent measures have been activated to mitigate the effects of last July's forest fire in la Bisbal d'Empordà. A 36,300 euro contract has been awarded to remove trees at risk of falling across twelve hectares near the Ganga road (GI-660) and the Rabioses path.
Finally, the consortium has formalized the acquisition of the Tossal d'en Bóta forest estate in Llagostera, costing 115,000 euros funded by the Generalitat de Catalunya, and has approved the new Pla de Gènere i Igualtat d'Oportunitats 2026-2030.
