The event, which has become a landmark in the municipality, maintains its original essence while adapting to modern times. Throughout the weekend, visitors can explore the Commercial, Craft, and Food Fair, as well as participate in the traditional Garlic Market.
The program will begin on Friday, October 2nd, with the opening ceremony and the presentation of the Garlic of Honor award. The weekend will be filled with family activities, traditional craft demonstrations, live music, sardana dances, and the popular aioli competition, which will be held on Saturday at the Gastronomic Classroom.
The gastronomic offer will be enhanced by the Tast-All! sessions, featuring various industry professionals. At the same time, the Cultural Center and the Athenaeum will host thematic exhibitions during the fair, while students from La Vall del Terri school will manage a cafeteria service to raise funds for their end-of-year trip.
