The Palamós City Council, through its Youth and Sports departments, presents a new edition of the “Fit Jove Palamós” program, aimed at 12 to 18 year olds who wish to practice sports without being affiliated to a federation.

The initiative, which starts the first week of October, will allow participants to choose between futsal, strength training, or paddle tennis. Registrations will open on Tuesday, September 1st, via the website www.palamosjove.cat.
The cost of the program, which includes one activity per week throughout the course, is €110. Futsal will take place on Tuesdays, strength training on Wednesdays, and paddle tennis on Thursdays, always from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM.
The main objective of “Fit Jove Palamós” is to foster a sporting habit among young people, offering them an opportunity to stay active despite the demands of studies and other responsibilities.
This activity is part of the “Quina moguda” initiative, an annual project by the City Council's Educating City Area to disseminate extracurricular activities available in the municipality.
