The new Mestral restaurant has opened its doors in Palamós, offering a simple and fresh gastronomic proposal based on local produce, designed for all-day dining.

The municipality of Palamós welcomed Mestral this summer, a new dining space located in the town center on Avinguda Onze de Setembre. Driven by a group of entrepreneurs, the establishment offers simple and fresh cuisine, with dishes designed to be enjoyed throughout the day.
The venue provides continuous service from morning until late night, covering breakfast, vermouth, lunch, dinner, and a late-night bar service. The menu focuses on locally sourced ingredients, aiming to cater to both residents and visitors with an informal offering.
Among the menu's highlights is the carpaccio of Palamós red shrimp, a dish that the management points to as a signature item.

"The mistral is not just a wind. It is a force that defines the landscape and shapes the rugged coast of the Baix Empordà. Cold, dry, and intense, it arrives with character, sweeping the horizon and leaving a clear sky."
