Patient satisfaction drops in Palamós and Sant Feliu while rising in Palafrugell and la Bisbal

The Servei Català de la Salut has released the PLAENSA 2025 survey results, showing varying levels of patient satisfaction across the Baix Empordà region.

While overall satisfaction remains above 7.5 out of 10, the data shows a positive trend in Palafrugell (8.77) and la Bisbal d'Empordà (7.87). Conversely, Palamós saw its rating drop to 7.6, down from 8.14 the previous year.
The Palamós healthcare center performed significantly below the Catalonia average in areas such as doctor-patient time and communication clarity. Meanwhile, Torroella de Montgrí excelled in appointment accessibility, reaching an 88.8% satisfaction rate.
