Serveis de Salut Integrats Baix Empordà (SSIBE) has presented its Strategic Plan 2026-2028, titled "The future of your health," which defines the lines of work for the coming years.

The new plan, which will guide the entity until the end of 2028, keeps people at the center of care and defines 5 strategic lines, 16 challenges, and 56 actions to achieve more integrated, accessible, and quality care.
SSIBE's mission remains to "contribute to improving people's health with integral and quality care," with the vision of being a benchmark for an excellent comprehensive care model. The values of professionalism, trust, and empathy are maintained as defining pillars.
The five strategic lines of the plan are: person-centered care and health value generation; integrated, territorial, and complexity-oriented care model; professionals, talent, and leadership; technological adoption, data use, and innovation capacity; and sustainability, social commitment, and organizational project.
This plan is the result of a six-month participatory process, involving over 700 professionals who contributed 1,345 proposals. The document is now being presented internally at various work centers to communicate the roadmap.
