According to the latest data, crime in the region showed no major changes, except for Sant Feliu de Guíxols. Car theft reports in the town rose to thirty, nearly doubling the figures from the previous year.
Across the Girona province, approximately 50,000 crimes were recorded. While thefts remain the most common offense with 14,000 cases, cybercrime saw a decrease, totaling around 7,500 reports during the year.
