The spokesperson for TOTS x LA BISBAL, Xavier Dilmé, announced his resignation as a councillor at the la Bisbal d'Empordà City Council during a plenary session this February, citing personal health reasons.

Dilmé holds the record for the longest-serving councillor in the town since 1979, having started his political journey in 1990. Throughout his career, he served as deputy mayor and held various responsibilities in the local government of the Baix Empordà capital.

"La Bisbal is a complicated city, with internal divisions that should be overcome to improve coexistence."
