The Palafrugell City Council has initiated the process to award the concession for the bar with a kitchen at Camp d’en Prats, a municipal space that is currently closed.

The objective is to revive the activity of this space and bring it back into operation. The future concessionaire will have to undertake the space's adaptation works, with an estimated investment of up to 65,855.73 euros excluding VAT, and subsequently be responsible for its operation and maintenance. The bar has a usable area of 84.71 m².
For its part, the City Council will carry out improvement and redistribution works on the restrooms. The concession will have an initial term of 10 years, with the possibility of annual extensions for up to five more years.
With the approval of the municipal Plenary session, the necessary procedures are being initiated to open the tender and select the person or company that will manage the bar.
