The session, which took place in the City Council's Plenary Hall at 2:00 PM, began with the unanimous approval of the minutes from the previous session on August 25, 2026. Subsequently, several proposals were debated and approved.
Among the notable agreements, the adhesion of the Santa Cristina d'Aro City Council to the Girona Area Public Transport Consortium was unanimously approved. The rejection of a motion for reconsideration against a labor incompatibility agreement was also greenlit with 7 votes in favor and 6 against. A motion supporting the recognition of firefighters' labor rights was unanimously approved.
Other approved points include the validation of the omission of the intervention function, the approval of certification no. 19, and the recognition of obligation, with 8 votes in favor and 5 abstentions.
