The Castelldefels City Council is hosting the New Year's Eve Party at the Plaça de l'Església on Wednesday, December 31, featuring live music, the traditional chimes, and safety measures starting at 11:00 PM.

The celebration, running from 11:00 PM to 2:00 AM, is organized for the third year in a row by the City Council in collaboration with the Hospitality Guild and ETV-Terramar. Mayor Manu Reyes and the municipal government team are expected to attend.
Attendees can watch the live chimes (Campanadas) on a giant screen. Starting at 11:00 PM, 3,000 units of party favors (cotillón) and LED light sticks will be distributed while supplies last. The event will be hosted by Arantxa Jiménez and special guests, with music provided by DJ Neus.

To guarantee a free and safe environment, a Punto Lila will be set up, offering information and advice on sexual aggression or LGTBI-phobic discrimination.

The Punto Lila service will be operational until 3:00 AM. Furthermore, preventive materials such as cup covers, designed to prevent chemical submission attacks, will be distributed.
For those unable to attend in person, the party will be broadcast live on television via ETV. Organizers remind citizens that grapes for the chimes will not be provided, so attendees must bring their own.
