Residents of Castellví de Rosanes have from this Wednesday, October 7, until next Wednesday, October 14, the opportunity to participate in prioritizing proposals for the participatory budgets online. This option is particularly aimed at those who could not participate in the in-person phase, held from September 25 to October 2.
The online voting takes place through the Participa311 Platform, a system with technological support from the Barcelona Provincial Council used by numerous town councils in the province. To access it, the platform verifies that the person is registered, is over 16 years old, and has not voted in person.
The instructions for online participation are similar to the in-person ones. Each participant must mandatorily select one proposal from each budget line (line 1, up to 10,000 euros; line 2, from 10,001 to 20,000 euros). Additional projects can be added, provided the total sum does not exceed 31,000 euros. Submissions that do not meet these requirements will be void.
The final count of the resident prioritization, which will combine votes from both in-person and online phases, will take place on Monday, October 19, at 6:30 PM in a public session in the plenary hall.
All information and access to the platform can be found at Participa311, as well as a summary of the submitted projects on the municipal website.
