October in Cornellà de Llobregat will be marked by a diverse agenda of activities aimed at revitalizing the city's cultural and social life. From the official inauguration on the first day of the month to the Castañada celebration at the end, the schedule offers something for everyone.
The program includes sports events such as the Festa Jove (October 2nd) and the adapted event Tots Juguen (October 4th), alongside activities focused on sustainable mobility and care, like the En Bici Sense Edat meeting (October 3rd) and the Talent Day (October 9th), organized by the Foundation for the Care of Dependent Persons.
In terms of culture and education, highlights include the Memory Workshop (October 7th) and the event for the International Dyslexia Day (October 8th), both held at the Ágora. Family shows like Narcisa i Clementina (October 10th) and Con P de Payaso (October 11th) are also scheduled, along with sensory workshops such as Haz la Sal del Romano Cornelius (October 11th).
Several councils and meetings will take place throughout the month, including the Municipal Council of Women (October 13th), Nuestros tesoros (October 14th), the Sports Council (October 15th), and the Environment Council (October 29th), many of which are closed to the public. Additionally, workshops on disabling hate speech (October 21st) and energy and water saving (October 26th and November 2nd) have been organized.
Children's and youth activities are also prominently featured, with the Tarde de Esplai for different age groups (October 17th), a cardboard figure workshop (October 22nd), and the SCAPE ROOM: ENTRENAMOS LA SELECCIÓN GRUPAL (October 28th). The II Muestra de la Proximidad y la Seguridad will take place on October 18th at Exterior XXL.
