The Begues Rugbi Club is celebrating its tenth anniversary this Saturday, March 14th, at the Camp Municipal d'Esports with a series of events involving youth and senior teams.

Founded on February 24th, 2016, the club has organized a festive day to look back on ten years of local rugby. The morning session, from 11:00 to 13:00, will host a youth meeting featuring 150 children from five different Catalan clubs to promote sportsmanship among the youngest players.
Senior competition starts at 15:00, with the first team facing Osona RC in the Second Catalan Division. Later, at 17:00, the B team will play against Martorell in the Third Catalan Division. These matches are a key part of the club's anniversary celebrations.
A highlight of the anniversary program is a scheduled trip to Edinburgh, Scotland, to play a match in one of rugby's most iconic locations. This international experience honors a decade that includes winning the Second Catalan championship during the 2018-2019 season.
Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, the club remained active through partnerships with teams like Cocodrils de Viladecans and RC Cornellà. The 10th-anniversary festivities will conclude at the end of the season with a gala for players, families, and sponsors.
