The town of Begues is set to celebrate International Women's Day this Friday, March 6th, with a diverse program of events including music, theater, and sports across the municipality.

Local singer-songwriter Kris Tena will headline the festivities with a free concert at Teatre El Goula starting at 8:00 PM. Accompanied by Leyre Estruch, Tena will perform tracks from her latest album Mai adeu, following her successful trajectory in the Barcelona music scene.
The day's events begin at noon at plaça Camilo Riu with the reading of an official manifesto, followed by the performance Monòlegs a la plaça by Cooperativa Nus. Additionally, the Club Bàsquet Begues will host an open basketball session for women at the Jaume Viñas Pi Sports Pavilion.
