The Cervelló City Council has launched a new chatbot developed by Cervemakers at the Municipal Library to provide residents with 24-hour access to public information and local services.

This digital assistant allows citizens to inquire about public activities, municipal services, and local history. By using official data from the City Council website and local organizations, the tool ensures all information is verified and reliable.
The project, titled Cervelló: Smart Municipality, was developed under the CoCrea Bibliolab 2025-2026 initiative. This program is supported by the Library Services Management to promote technological innovation within public libraries.
Presented on March 12, 2026, the chatbot features a multilingual interface and is accessible via mobile devices. Local entities are encouraged to contribute data to further expand the capabilities of this new community resource.
