The Plaça de Catalunya in Cornellà de Llobregat hosts this Saturday, October 3rd, the XXVI Solidarity Fair for Cooperation, an event bringing together entities and residents to reflect on social justice and human rights.

The annual fair, held in an international context marked by armed conflicts and humanitarian crises, offers an opportunity to learn about projects working for social justice and the defense of human rights, led by entities and citizens of Cornellà de Llobregat. The need to strengthen cooperation in the face of climate change and natural disasters is also highlighted.
Given the rise of hate speech and intolerance, awareness and education are key tools for fostering a fairer society. The fair also aims to showcase local and international projects by entities such as the Red Cross in Cornellà de Llobregat, Cornellà Solidari, and the Fundació Acció per la Pau, among others.
The event, taking place from 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM, will feature entertainment for all ages, including giant wooden games, a participatory mural, and performances by La Furia de los Pájaros and Las Forasteritas, hosted by JOSELITO.

"The Fair is an opportunity to learn closely about projects that work for social justice and the defense of human rights."
