DomusVi is set to expand its presence with three new residential facilities in Gavà (2026), Tenerife, and Ourense (2027), responding to the rising demand for care services.

DomusVi's growth strategy includes the inauguration of three new residential centers between 2026 and 2027. This expansion aims to meet the increasing demand for care services, driven by the progressive aging of the population.
In Catalonia, the city of Gavà (Barcelona) will host a new center before the end of 2026, adding to the recently opened facility in Les Franqueses del Vallès. The new establishment, DomusVi Gavà Ciutat, will span nearly 7,000 square meters, offer 120 places, and feature landscaped areas and spaces designed for community living and personalized care. Its operation is expected to create around 100 jobs.
With this new opening, DomusVi will operate 17 centers in Catalonia, 12 of which will be in the province of Barcelona. In the Canary Islands, the company will enhance its care capacity with a new residential project in Tenerife next year, complementing its existing center in Las Palmas and addressing the growth of the senior population in the region.
Concurrently, a residence is planned for Ourense in 2027, bringing the company's total number of centers in Galicia to 29.
Currently, DomusVi manages 143 residences across Spain, serving over 30,000 elderly individuals in day centers and residences, and more than 124,500 people through home care services. With these upcoming openings, the company will reach 146 residences nationwide next year.
The company highlights its proprietary care model, 'Humaniza', implemented in all its facilities. This approach focuses on providing close, personalized care tailored to individual interests and wishes, promoting autonomy, emotional well-being, and quality of life for seniors through multidisciplinary teams and individualized therapies. Family engagement is also encouraged via Family Councils.
