The investigating magistrate has approved a series of procedures requested by the Public Prosecutor's Office. Among those summoned to testify are family members, company staff, the family therapist, and several officers from the mountain unit of the Mossos d'Esquadra who participated in the initial investigation.
The goal of the new technical reconstruction is to analyze the dynamics of the fall and compare them with the injuries sustained by the victim. For this task, the judge will rely on the collaboration of specialists from the Scientific Police, forensic doctors, and experts who conducted the initial ocular inspection of the site.
In parallel, the court has agreed to incorporate the deceased's complete medical and pharmacological history into the case. This measure aims to determine the health status of the company's founder at the time of the events, information that the prosecution considers relevant to the development of the investigation.
On the other hand, the magistrate has decided to postpone the resolution of other requests from the prosecution, such as the analysis of electronic devices or the tracking of trips made by the main suspect. In these cases, the court has required additional justification regarding the proportionality and utility of these procedures to clarify the case.
