The Festival of El Prat de Llobregat will officially commence at 8:00 PM with an event on the Town Hall balcony. The mayor and council members will be present to welcome the celebration.
At 8:45 PM, in the Council Chamber at Pl. de la Vila, 1, the proclamation speaker, Cristina BanBan, an internationally recognized painter from El Prat, will be welcomed. The mayor, the deputy mayor for Education, Culture, and Social Action, and spokespersons for the municipal groups will also attend.
The Festival proclamation will begin at 9:00 PM in the Plaça de la Vila. The public is advised to follow the event from the square, where a reserved area will be available next to the bus stop. Access to the Council Chamber will be restricted to council members and authorized personnel.
Following the proclamation, the traditional fireworks display will take place. Those in the Council Chamber will have a reserved space in front of the municipal building to enjoy the pyrotechnic show.
