This in-person service, aimed at bringing the municipal administration closer to citizens, is usually held on the last Monday of each month at the same time. Interested individuals can approach the councilors without an appointment to voice their complaints, suggestions, and proposals.
The role of neighborhood councilors seeks to foster proximity through constant dialogue and promote collaboration with neighborhood associations to improve public spaces, coexistence, and civility. This initiative allows Sant Feliu residents to actively participate in the city's collective affairs, a priority outlined in the municipal government's program agreements.
The neighborhood councilors ensure greater effectiveness of the municipal government's actions on a daily basis and in relation to the most immediate needs of the various neighborhoods.
The locations for the neighborhood councilors are: Roses Castellbell (c. Tibidabo, 18-20), Can Nadal (c/ Pi i Margall, 45), Can Calders i La Salut (Riera de la Salut, 7), Can Maginàs i Can Llobera (c/ Hospitalet, 25), Can Bertrand (ctra. Laureà Miró, 118-122), Can Falguera (pl. Rafael Alberti, 1), and Mas Lluí (c. Estelí, 10-12). There is also the Les Grases councilor at Parc del Roserar Dot i Camprubí.
