The program offers financial support of up to 250 euros per month for two years. Applicants must be between 18 and 35 years old and hold a valid rental contract for their primary residence.

In the Baix Llobregat region, the monthly rent cannot exceed 900 euros for a full apartment or 450 euros for a single room. Eligibility also depends on annual income, which must not exceed 25,200 euros.

Applications will be processed mainly online through the regional housing portal. Grants are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis until the budget is exhausted, making early submission crucial during the March window.
