The Sant Esteve Sesrovires local board has officially approved the redevelopment project for the La Coma neighborhood, involving a total investment of 5 million euros.

The project will be carried out in three phases and focuses on pedestrian-friendly streets, increased tree coverage, and moving overhead utility lines underground. This initiative resumes a plan that was halted in 2010 due to the economic crisis.
Local authorities emphasized that the final plan was reached through consensus with residents. Previous infrastructure upgrades, including water and sewage network renewals, have already seen an investment of 2 million euros in the area.
