The objective of this aid is to support cohabiting units and single individuals experiencing financial difficulties in paying their housing expenses. The amount of social aid will be calculated based on the cadastral value for 2026. It is reminded that these aids do not subsidize or discount the property tax, which must be paid according to the current fiscal ordinance.
The period to apply for this aid will be open from October 5th to October 30th, 2026, inclusive. Applications can be processed online through the city council's official website. For support with electronic processing, you can call 936858001 and select option 1.
If you do not have electronic means, in-person processing will be available from October 15th to October 30th, 2026, inclusive and excluding holidays. To do so, you must book an appointment at the Citizen Attention Office (Oficina d'Atenció Ciutadana) between October 13th and 29th, 2026, by calling 936858001, Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
