The agreement, signed this Monday, October 26, addresses the need to promote inclusive digital transformation by providing access to testing environments for the City Council's document management technological products. Additionally, the City Council commits to participating in ESAGED's employment insertion activities, facilitating training for the school's teachers, and organizing joint working sessions.
The possibility of carrying out curricular or extracurricular internships with students from the School's Master's or Specialization Diplomas, both in-person and remote, at the City Council will also be explored. For its part, ESAGED will invite the City Council to participate in training sessions and employment insertion seminars, and will facilitate access to its Job Board for talent acquisition.
Both institutions mutually commit to disseminating actions related to document and archival management, such as webinars, conferences, courses, and congresses. The agreement will have an initial term of four years, extendable for an additional period of up to four years.
