The celebration began with the traditional march, which gathered around a hundred people touring the town's streets. Once the walk concluded, attendees shared a fellowship breakfast, thanks to the collaboration of Cal Refilat.
The day continued with cultural and leisure activities, such as a sardanas session and a line dancing session, which encouraged the participation of the group.
Within the framework of this commemoration, the Baix Llobregat Consultative Council for Older Persons was presented. This body, established in 1995, aims to give a voice to older individuals, articulate their demands, and work towards improving their quality of life.
The Council includes participation from the 30 town councils in the region, as well as from entities and unions, forming a key platform for the representation of older people at a regional level.
The Town Council of Sant Climent de Llobregat has expressed its gratitude to all the individuals and collaborators who made this festive and advocacy day possible.
