On Sunday, October 25th, the Wine and Cava Fair in Sant Esteve Sesrovires will open its doors from 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM at Plaça Dr. Tarrés. The event will bring together four local wineries: Finca Ca n’Estella, Can Casals, Roger Goulart, and Sisqueda, offering visitors the chance to taste their wines and cavas.
In addition to tastings, the fair will feature a program of parallel activities to enjoy the early 20th-century modernist ambiance. There will be itinerant performances by the group “Els germans lumiére”, a modernist walk led by “Modernistes de Badalona” and “Grup Llum i color del 900”, a craft exhibition showcasing products like textiles and soy candles, and a children's carousel.
The day will also include a product raffle and an inaugural toast with local authorities at 12:00 PM. The fair will conclude at 2:30 PM.
As a preceding event, on Friday, October 16th, “Vi i estrelles” (Wine and Stars) will take place. This free activity, organized by the Tinta i Vi studio of Marta Arañó, combines a wine painting workshop at the municipal hall El Celler from 7:30 PM to 9:30 PM, followed by astronomical observation in collaboration with Planetari Fora d’Òrbita near the cemetery path. Places for this event are already sold out due to high demand.
