The alert was received around 2:40 AM this past Monday, reporting a possible oven fire in a residence located at number 1 on the carrer de la Pujada.
Emergency services quickly arrived at the scene and proceeded to evacuate the five occupants of the building as a precautionary measure.
After inspecting the premises, officials confirmed that there were no flames or actual fire, but the heavy smoke was caused by food that had been burnt inside the oven, causing alarm among the residents.
Fortunately, no injuries were reported during the incident, and the residents were able to return to their apartment shortly after the Firefighters ventilated the area.
