El Vendrell becomes the host of the second round of the 2026 PRO 3x3 FCQB Circuit, taking place at Plaça Germans Trillas in Coma-ruga, reinforcing the town's position as a leading 3x3 basketball destination in Catalonia.

The town in Baix Penedès is preparing to host the second stage of the 2026 PRO 3x3 FCQB Circuit, an event that arrives for the second consecutive year in the province of Tarragona. The competition will take place on Saturday, July 11, at the Plaça Germans Trillas in Coma-ruga.
This event solidifies El Vendrell as one of the key venues for the professional 3x3 basketball circuit organized by the Catalan Basketball Federation (FCBQ). The event is supported by the El Vendrell City Council and collaborations from media outlets such as Mundo Deportivo and Esport 3.
The competition follows the first round held on June 27 in Tarragona, where the teams Pando Mataró U25 (men's) and PBL Las Rozas 3x3 (women's) were crowned champions.
The semi-finals and finals, for both men and women, will be broadcast live on Esport 3 and the digital platform 3Cat, allowing fans to enjoy the decisive matches.
The PRO 3x3 FCQB Circuit is in its third edition, aiming to promote the growth of 3x3 basketball in Catalonia. After stops in Tarragona and El Vendrell, the circuit will conclude on July 18 in Badalona with the grand final, featuring the top two teams from each venue and several international teams.
