After consolidating its success on digital platforms with almost a million views on YouTube and over 25,000 subscribers in less than three months, After Service is taking a step forward with the launch of After Service Live. This new in-person format, which will take place in Barcelona, is designed for waiters, cooks, chefs, managers, entrepreneurs, suppliers, and all professionals who experience hospitality from within.
The first edition of After Service Live will address the complex "love-hate" relationship with hospitality, a sentiment shared by many in the sector. The event will differ from traditional conferences by offering a bar atmosphere, open conversation, and a microphone available to the public so attendees can share their own experiences. The initiative seeks to transform the program from content that is watched or listened to into an active meeting point for its community.
The rapid growth of After Service has prompted the team to create a space where the audience can interact directly. This event will be recorded and will generate new content for YouTube, Instagram, and other program channels, allowing the stories shared at the event to reach a wider audience. Furthermore, After Service Live will offer a new space for HORECA brands, seeking collaborations that integrate naturally into the conversation and content, without interrupting the dialogue.
The identity of After Service is forged in the diversity of its three presenters: Adina Harnagea, a journalist, brings the editorial vision; Pablo Gailhac, a musician, presenter, and restaurateur, adds spontaneity and humor; and Gonzalo Fernández, a hospitality entrepreneur, contributes his knowledge in sector management. This combination of journalism, business, radio, music, humor, and real-world hospitality experience is key to the program's formula.
After Service will soon announce the date and location of this first in-person event in Barcelona. After Service is the only live radio program in Catalonia that gives a voice to the hospitality sector, offering a platform to tell the stories and experiences of its professionals.
