Religious events will span from Palm Sunday, March 29, to Easter Sunday, April 5, offering residents and visitors the opportunity to participate in various manifestations of faith.
Among the most notable processions, on Maundy Thursday, April 2, the Viacrucis de la Sang will take place, organized by the Royal and Illustrious Archconfraternity of the Most Holy Blood of Our Lord Jesus Christ, traversing the Gothic Quarter from Plaça del Pi. On Good Friday, April 3, the Brotherhood and Confraternity of Our Lady of Sorrows will organize the Procession of the Virgin of Sorrows, starting from Sant Jaume Parish.
Additionally, on Good Friday, the Procession of Our Father Jesus of Great Power and Mary Most Holy of Hope Macarena will be held, led by the Pontifical and Royal Brotherhood and Confraternity of Nazarenes of Our Father Jesus of Great Power and Mary Most Holy of Hope Macarena of Barcelona, starting and ending at Sant Agustí Parish in El Raval. The Sagrada Família and Barcelona Cathedral will host their respective Stations of the Cross.

On Palm Sunday, March 29, both will host the blessing of palms and branches. On Maundy Thursday, April 2, the Mass of the Lord's Supper will be celebrated, and on Good Friday, April 3, the Commemoration of the Passion. The Easter Vigils will take place on April 4, culminating with Easter Sunday masses on April 5, including the international mass at the Sagrada Família.
