The former compliance officer of Transports Metropolitans de Barcelona (TMB) ratified her complaint before a Barcelona judge on Wednesday, accusing the CEO and two senior executives of "pressure and interference" regarding a workplace harassment investigation.

The complainant, who was dismissed in October 2024, accuses senior officials of the public company of coercion related to her duty to investigate internal irregularities. Magistrate Miriam de Rosa has summoned CEO Xavier Flores, the Human Resources Director, and the Legal Director to testify as investigated parties on February 10.

"I was retaliated against and dismissed following that file, and I was pressured to reconsider the advisability of sending it to the Prosecutor's Office, as I had proposed."

The conflict originated when the complainant opened a file concerning an alleged workplace harassment case involving the Human Resources Director. According to her testimony, the CEO asked her to "reflect" on sending the case to the Prosecutor's Office, arguing potential reputational damage for a senior executive.
The Oficina Antifrau de Catalunya (OAC) issued a report in September 2025 concluding that the executive's dismissal constituted a possible reprisal for her work. The complainant, who had worked at TMB since 2006, maintains that following this disagreement, a "false" harassment file was fabricated against her, leading to her suspension and subsequent dismissal in October 2024.
