Art director Laia Ateca won the Goya Award for Best Art Direction for her work on Sirat at the 40th Goya Awards ceremony held in Barcelona.

Directed by Oliver Laxe, Sirat secured several technical awards, including sound, editing, cinematography, and original music. The film's success in Barcelona serves as a prelude to the Oscars, where it is nominated for Best International Feature Film.

"I want to dedicate this award to all the women who came before me, opening doors, those who have not been recognized, those who support the art teams, and all those to come."
