Barcelona has prepared an extensive program of 60 free cultural events to celebrate the start of the 2026 Tour de France, the Grand Départ, which will take place in the city.

The Tour Festival will run from June 26th to July 5th, offering a variety of activities for all audiences. A highlight is the Fan Park at Passeig Lluís Companys, open from July 2nd to 5th, where live broadcasts and other activities can be enjoyed.
The program includes traveling shows like 'Le tour en tour' and 'Les Soigneurs', which will tour different parts of the city such as Plaça Catalunya, Moll de la Marina, the Recinte Modernista de Sant Pau, Av. Gaudí, and the Sagrada Família. There will also be open-air cinema at the Jardins Sant Joan de Deu.
Music will be a central theme with performances at the Avinguda de la Catedral and Plaça de Margarida Xirgu, featuring artists such as Ladilla Russa, Sexenni, Doctor Prats, 31 FAM, Joan Garriga, and Boom Boom Fighters, among others. There will also be spaces for popular culture and musical entertainment.
On Saturday, July 4th, coinciding with the start of the first stage, there will be special activities like 'exercise while the tour passes' at Rambla Guipúscoa, open-air cinema at the Filmoteca de Catalunya, and the 'Veles al Mar pel Tour de France' regatta on the maritime coast.
On Sunday, July 5th, at the Parc de les Tres Xemeneies, activities for children on bicycles, workshops, a gastronomic space, and musical entertainment will be organized. The second stage of the Tour can also be followed live from the foot of Montjuïc.
Additionally, municipal markets will offer special gastronomic proposals, and baker Enric Badia has created the 'Tour bread', a small loaf with Catalan and French inspiration.
