The Barcelona City Council will reactivate its information and support system for Rodalies users starting next Monday at the city's main railway stations, given the ongoing chaos.

The council announced this Saturday that the operation will remain active until the Rodalies service is normalized, following the crisis that began early Tuesday morning. Specialist agents will be deployed starting at six in the morning on Monday to help passengers find alternative mobility options.
The service points will be operational at the main railway hubs of the Catalan capital, including the stations of Sants, Catalunya, Passeig de Gràcia, Arc de Triomf, Estació de França, Clot, and Sagrera-Meridiana. The goal is to mitigate the effects of the chaos while Renfe and Adif fail to restore the network.

The support teams will be present during railway traffic peak hours, specifically between 6 and 10 in the morning and between 4 and 8 in the afternoon.

In addition to the static points resuming Monday, the City Council, in collaboration with the Generalitat, maintains the itinerant information service throughout the weekend. This decision follows the Catalan Government's request for a complete suspension of short-distance train circulation due to the storm damage.
Assistance is also extended to intercity bus stations, such as Fabra i Puig and Diagonal, as well as other high-traffic stops. Metropolitan and local bus lines, such as the 62 and 96, have been reinforced to absorb the increased transport demand.
