According to the resolution, the Political-Social Brigade inflicted physical and psychological violence on Blanca Serra and her late sister Eva due to their political activism. The events took place between 1977 and 1982 at the Via Laietana police station in Barcelona and in Madrid.

Although the Prosecutor classifies the acts as crimes against humanity under the Democratic Memory Law, the case has been provisionally closed because the specific officers involved could not be identified. However, the victim may still pursue civil action for reparations.
