The Santa Clara Convent Foundation, led by Sister Lucía Caram, dispatched a new humanitarian aid convoy from the Sagrada Família in Barcelona to Ukraine this Friday to mark four years of conflict.

The mission, named the 42nd Humanitarian Corridor of Kindness, consists of ten ambulances, several support vehicles, and essential medical supplies. The Government of Catalonia provided sleeping bags and 16 retired Mossos d'Esquadra police vehicles, while Barcelona City Council donated seven power generators.

"These vehicles and basic materials can mean the difference between life and death."

Mayor Jaume Collboni confirmed his intention to visit Kyiv soon to show the city's solidarity. The event included a blessing by Cardinal Juan José Omella and a performance by a Ukrainian choir. The convoy is expected to reach Odesa by Monday, February 23rd, carrying both supplies and returning wounded citizens.
