The iconic Casal del Metge in Barcelona has completed a comprehensive renovation of its Via Laietana headquarters, updating the 1930 landmark with modern technology and sustainable features.

Designed by architects Adolf Florensa and Enric Catà i Catà, the building has served as a hub for the Catalan medical community since 1932. The recent works, covering 5,000 square meters, introduced photovoltaic glass skylights and new coworking areas while preserving the original auditorium and facade.

"This new Casal del Metge is a tool to make it possible; it is the house of doctors, always open to the entire collective."
