Bernat Novales, a resident of Santa Eulàlia for over 23 years and president of the Festival Commission, exudes energy and positivity ahead of the neighborhood's imminent Festa Major. At 44, Novales has been part of the commission for a decade and is also a member of the Colla Drac d’Or devil dancers group.

Born in Santa Coloma de Gramenet, his integration into L'Hospitalet de Llobregat has been complete, and he expresses great satisfaction living in Catalonia's second-largest city. His involvement in community associations and voluntary work for the community are a constant in his life.

Novales is very pleased with the prepared program, which aims to offer activities for all ages and reach the maximum number of residents. "We're sure to rock it," he confidently states regarding the performance by the well-known media personality Leticia Sabater, one of the highlights of the Wednesday evening music program.
