The Mossos d'Esquadra have arrested ten individuals in Barcelona and L'Hospitalet de Llobregat for their alleged involvement in a drug trafficking network linked to the Neapolitan Camorra.

The criminal organization used a warehouse in Montcada i Reixac to hide large quantities of cocaine and hashish inside legal shipments of fruit and poultry. The drugs were then transported to Italy via trucks or ferries leaving from the Port of Barcelona.
The investigation began in February 2025 after local police in Cornellà de Llobregat discovered 70kg of cocaine during a routine check. This led detectives to a luxury apartment in Diagonal Mar, where the group's leader reportedly coordinated the international logistics.
During the raids on March 3, officers seized 140,000 euros in cash and over 800kg of narcotics. The suspects appeared before a judge in Cornellà on March 5, and further arrests have not been ruled out.
