The Mossos d'Esquadra police force has arrested ten people in a major operation against an international criminal organization linked to the Camorra operating from Barcelona.

The investigation revealed that the group used legitimate commercial transport, such as fruit and poultry trucks, to smuggle drugs to Italy. The network was based in Barcelona's Diagonal Mar district and coordinated shipments via road and sea from the Port of Barcelona.
During the raids on March 3, officers seized 300kg of cocaine and 500kg of hashish. The criminal cell, led by individuals from Naples, utilized warehouses in Montcada i Reixac and industrial areas in Cornellà for their logistics.
